Our Policy



 

General Information:


 

·    -All returns must be packaged in original packaging with all labels included.

·    -The return must not appear to be tampered with.

·    -To initiate the return process please call us at 909 749-5606 and speak with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Department. Please DO NOT email us regarding any returns, as those emails will not get answered.

·    -Once you have received an RMA number please make sure it is clearly visible on the outside of the box so that our receiving department can process the package in a timely manner.

·    -Packages without an RMA will be rejected at the customer’s expense.

·    -Anyone requesting an RMA due to the order being placed based on picture or TV model will automatically be charged a 30% restocking fee. We will honor an exchange if one is available less shipping expenses.


NON DOA PARTS:


 

·    -WE DO accept returns on parts that are working but are no longer needed, please see below regarding those exceptions:
 

o   --Package IS NOT opened: 7 day grace period upon date part received, subject to 15% restocking fee.

o   --Package IS open: 30 day grace period, 25% restocking fee

o   --We are not liable or responsible for incorrect parts received based on picture.

o   --Parts ordered based on picture and not the description are subject to a 25% restocking fee no matter the situation.

 

DOA RETURNS: (Dead on Arrival)

 

·    -All of our parts are guaranteed to be in working condition as they are removed from working functional units or the part is new. All parts are inspected prior to shipment. We pride ourselves on maintaining a low return rate.

·    -All orders placed with www.lcd-tvparts.com are guaranteed against DOA. We will exchange or refund any part to be found not working within the 90 day warranty period.

·    -You will be denied an exchange or return if it is deemed that the part is in fact functional.

 

 DLP TELEVISION LAMPS

 

·    There's a 6 month guarantee, on all DLP Tv Lamps, there will be no service charge’s applied to the customer.

·    -All parts found to be DOA will have another shipped out immediately free of charge.

·    -We will not accept any returns outside the 90 day warranty period on all electronic parts, [EXCLUDING LAMPS]

 

SECURITY MARKINGS:
 

  • ·    -All of our parts are individually uniquely marked with a unique identifier. If we find that the part you are returning is tampered, damaged, or salvaged for parts, we will deny your claim with no questions asked. Please ship the part back as you received it. If the item you are returning does not contain the RMA # on the outside of the package, expect the packaged to be refused.

  •     You must file out the return from and get a RMA number before you send the item back to us:  RETURN FORM
